WHY US

Rise Industrial Group is a Dallas-based real-estate investment company founded by Blair Green in 2021. Shortly after launch, Nathan Forney joined Rise to assist with the development and acquisition of industrial properties in major markets throughout the United States.

Collectively, the Rise team has sixteen years of industrial real-estate experience within development, acquisitions, asset management, and leasing. The team has entitled more than 800 acres of industrial land and managed 8 million SF of industrial development.

Combining Mr. Green's diverse institutional industrial background with Mr. Forney's decade of experience as a civil engineer uniquely positions Rise to source, design, and develop properties that outperform investment and tenant expectations.
