Blair Green is a seasoned real-estate leader. Before launching Rise Industrial Group, Mr. Green served as the DFW Investment and Leasing Officer for EQT Exeter, one of the largest industrial real-estate investment managers in the world. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of development, acquisitions, and leasing in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Since 2019, Mr. Green sourced, planned, and developed 3.9 million SF and acquired 1.6 million SF of Class A industrial assets, totaling 5.5 million SF with an aggregate capitalization of more than $350 million. During that time, he also personally leased 2 million SF of industrial space and received the 2020 CoStar Power Broker award.
Mr. Green possesses a diverse background that uniquely enables him to consider all perspectives during any real-estate transaction. He has experience as a real-estate attorney, a corporate real-estate manager for a Fortune 300 company, and as a market officer for institutional investment platforms. He has been immersed in all aspects of industrial real estate, and he leverages that experience when considering the needs and motivations of tenants, owners, and investors alike.
Mr. Green graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, and he earned a law degree from Southern Methodist University. He married his high-school sweetheart, and their two young boys keep them on their toes.
