Nathan Forney has nine years of land development experience. He brings his experience, integrity, forward-thinking and high level of communications skills to his life-long passion of development.
Mr. Forney spent nine years practicing civil engineering at Kimley-Horn, a premier planning and design consulting firm. While there, he served clients as a trusted advisor, navigating projects from site selection and entitlements through construction. Since 2018, Mr. Forney has entitled and permitted approximately 500 acres and 5 million square feet of industrial developments in the DFW metroplex. He led a team focused on strategic communication, management, and oversight.
Mr. Forney graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Management. He is happily married and sees his greatest accomplishment as being a proud father to their three children.
